In this video I explain my favorite lighting technique for beautiful portraits and images of people. Photographers who know how to correctly light a face have a number of techniques available to them. This is the lighting technique that I have found to be most successful with my clients and models. NTTL "Nose To The Light" is a lighting/posing technique that ensures a short side lighting pattern which tends to flatter most face shapes. It is a combination of light position and the pose of the subject that achieves best results. I have found that this technique pleases my clients more than most other lighting patterns.
