[TC2] electric water gun

the personal death ray is certainly a weapon in TC2. it's not good, but it's also not bad at the same time. with a base damage of 35 and having no damage fall-off (at least i think there's none) means that this weapon can "snipe" players, but good luck sniping players with a slow moving projectile. this weapon can also hit the same person twice, meaning that it CAN deal 70 damage total (or 205 with crits but i highly doubt a medic would want to kritz the guy with the pdr as his main way of dealing damage), but big emphasis on CAN because 10% of the time you hit the enemy twice, 10% of the time you hit the enemy once, and 80% of the time the enemy will just get out of the way of the projectile because of how slow it is. this is a weapon for the braindead, and only the braindead can view this weapon as fun (that's me, im the braindead) also, if you want to use the pdr, please use a regular rocket launcher that can deal damage. i put on the funny vest for faster reloading, but the pdr is hard to aim and relies on luck a large majority of the time.
