It was created by 1sobbe on the Roblox platform. The game itself is heavily inspired by Sonic.EXE: The Disaster, which is similarly inspired by Sonic.EXE and was a Roblox game that was unfortunately deleted on May 5, 2025 due to profiting off of Sega characters. Though Outcome Memories attempts to put a twist and be its own unique game, making it a very memorable successor. An interdimensional entity who hails from the VOID, X is a being whose fascination with humanity and obsession with the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise created a destructive mix, forming a vessel for itself, with its goal being to spread and cause as much pain and suffering as it can go.
