Speed queen SX18 (Ipso HC75) soft-mount commercial washer warm wash & speed queen stacked gas dryer

Wash n dry SEASON 2 episode 22 Welcome back! Today is another special wash n dry episode. In a row after the last one! After 1 year and 2 months, we're back at that place with the very rare ipso-built old speed queen soft mounts, luckily all of them are still here! This time I used one of the smaller ones. Let's begin in! Today's wash n dry: Speed queen SX18 soft-mount commercial washer built by IPSO, based on an ipso HC 75 the specific one here on the video, high spin 1000rpm, 8KG/18lbs. I'm not sure about it's year, but it looks newer than the IPSO micro20 control machines so these are probably after 2005. I'd say same year as the HC Cygnus ipsos (2009 around there) Towels wash on warm 60C° normal pre wash & main wash with high spin 1000RPM Using Ariel HE liquid detergent Drying on the speed queen SUT030 stacked gas dryer for 21 min on high heat My opinion on this place: I don't have too much to say about it but it's really nice. These old ipso made speed queens are fantastic and super rare. I don't think there is other footage of one running. They perform fantastic too! I like how they use the HIGHEST water levels on the main wash and final rinse stages... that's smart. Unlike most modern machines today or other machines who spend most of the water on rinses. More machines should have high water levels like that on the main wash and the final rinse. (Final rinse reached more than half tub!!) Pretty small place but has got a nice vintage look and as said these washers are very rare and hard to find which is what makes this episode and this laundromat so special. Although for some reason on my machine when it was filling for main wash (splashed me so much when I poured the liquid detergent) the add bleach light didn't turn on. I knew when to put the detergent though. It literally made my phone wet.. lol So yeah, hopefully you enjoy this! Glad to film one of these for the second time. These also have the same panel as the mechanical speed queen BC2 models except the lights are red Also, when I arrived I chose this specific washer as for some reason it had been already paid in the payment center and it was a free wash..
