Disgusting Behaviour - The Amount of Rubbish left at the Bristol Balloon Fiesta. 🤦🏻‍♂️

What a day exploring Bristol! 🚲☀️ I headed out on another adventure around Bristol, taking in the sights, getting some fresh air and seeing what I could find along the way. But this ride took an unexpected turn when I came across the aftermath of the Bristol Balloon Fiesta at Ashton Court. The amount of rubbish left behind was honestly shocking. 😳 Food packaging, plastic, bottles, bags and all sorts of other waste were scattered across the grass and paths. And then I came across something even more concerning, a disposable BBQ tipped out left behind in the dry grass on the Downs. 🔥 With the ground absolutely bone dry, it really made me wonder how anyone could think leaving something like that behind was acceptable. I’m all for people having fun, enjoying Bristol and making the most of events like the Balloon Fiesta but surely taking your rubbish home or putting it in a bin isn’t too much to ask?
