I still think the Switch 2 is great — but there's a list of things nobody warns you about, and I found most of them the hard way. Screen scratches, the memory card trap, "physical" games that aren't, and the price that isn't the price. ⏱️ Chapters 0:00 The stuff nobody warns you about 0:15 #1 The screen scratches. Easily 0:45 #2 The battery is worse than you think 1:18 #3 Your old memory card does not work 1:51 #4 Half the physical games aren't physical 2:29 #5 256GB disappears fast 2:53 #6 The Joy-Cons can still drift 3:21 #7 Your old games work — sort of 3:51 #8 Move your data before you sell the old one 4:19 #9 It's bigger and heavier 4:37 #10 The real price is not the price 5:04 #11 When something breaks, update it first 5:24 What I'd actually buy with it 🎮 What I'd buy on day one • A glass screen protector (~$10) — the screen scratches at about the hardness of a coin • A microSD Express card — your old microSD literally can't install games • A small USB-C power bank — real battery life is about 2.5–3 hours • A case, if you carry it around 💸 Real budget: $500 console + ~$80 game + online subscription + card + protector ≈ $700 💬 Which one of these did you find out the hard way? My guess is the memory card. 👀 LOOK — look before you buy. 🎵 Music: "Lofi Study" by FASSounds, "Lofi Coffee Shop", "Chillhop Jazz Coffee Shop" by alex-morgan (Pixabay) #nintendoswitch2 #switch2 #nintendo
