The brand new FARMA C6.7G3 is a longer and stronger crane in our medium-sized forestry crane range that meets all the requirements of the timber handling. Entirely new telescopic mechanism, hidden hoses and the terrific working geometry of the boom give good performance in your forestry work.
The crane is made of high strength steel to give the best strength and low self-weight to support a higher payload.
C6.7 G3 comes with a new powerful 10 kNm turnhouse that is 30% stronger in slewing and has a better design compared to previous turnhouses.
We call these new cranes G3 as they offer so many benefits to the user. The lift cylinder is well protected behind the railing and the focus is on being easy to maintain. The new design ensures the crane is more hard-wearing and maintenance friendlier. FARMA C6.7 G3 has a reach of 6.7 m and is equipped with a single 1.5 m extension.
New mounting solution gives better stability since the centre of gravity is lower. This means better stability and visibility for the operator. The support legs are boltable, so the customer can choose between telescopic (standard) or flap down (as extra) legs.
Why choose FARMA?
Today, FARMA is one of Europe's best selling lumber trailers. The simple answer as to why, is that FARMA offers high quality for an affordable price -- timber trailers that have proven to last the test of time, while still being cheap enough for smaller forest land owners. However the reason for FARMA's success over the last 30 years is of course not quite that simple.
Designed by foresters for foresters: FARMA is a family-owned brand and the forest trailer was originally designed by the founder, Leif Fors. His biggest passion was spending his time in the forest, so creating a trailer that really gets the job done was of utmost importance. To this day, we still test and use all of our products on the family estate, and all our forest engineers own and manage their own forestry as well. This combined with always listening to feedback from customers guarantees an understanding of their needs.
Built to be used: FARMA lumber trailers are built to be used and will withstand many years of wear and tear. These are not just 'marketing words', this has been proven time and time again. It is not a rare occurrence that a FARMA owner tells a story about how their forest trailer has survived 20 or even 30 years, and thousands of hours in the forest. The main reason for this is of course the high-strength steel and well thought out design. However one really important aspect for giving such longevity is that the timber trailer is easy to maintain. The lubrication points are easily accessible and grouped together, to make maintenance quick and easy.
From start to finish: FARMA designs and builds the lumber trailers from raw steel to the finished product. Having a full-scale production and building from scratch will always ensure a deeper understanding of the products, while also increasing flexibility. A great aspect of it is of course the quality control that FARMA has through the entire manufacturing process.
Frame steering: FARMA is well known for its lumber trailers great performance in the forest. One part of it is definitely because of FARMA's famous frame steering. The positioning of the frame steering is something that FARMA has optimized to give the forest trailer the absolute best tracking possible behind the tractor.
Forest cranes: FARMA cranes are well known for getting the job done. Strong and reliable cranes that range from 3.8 meters all the way to a 10.2 meter crane. When it comes to crane accessories, FARMA has basically every type of control, lever and valve block option you could think of. As well as a ton of options when it comes to what type or size of grapple you want, you could also get crane lighting and a bunch of options for different winches etc.
Drive on all trailer models: FARMA offers drive as an accessory on all trailer models. Traditional Robson drive 4WD or Hydraulic drive Black Bruin 2WD or 4WD.
