Plus a check on garlic variety 'Colossus' that might live up to its name, a green macerata cauliflower ready now, and the wattle tree bringing pollinators to the garden. 0:00 Finishing my August Seed Planting 0:21 Broad Beans & Garden Inspection 1:43 Sprouting Broccoli Finally Flowers 3:07 Preparing Beds for Onion Seeds 5:29 Sowing Onion Yellow Spanish Early 6:33 Timber Board Germination Trick 7:16 Garlic & Cauliflower Progress Check 8:21 Clearing the Pea Bed 10:02 Planting Peas in Warming Soil 11:53 Compost Boost for Struggling Brassicas 13:37 Chicken Tidy-Up & Quick Harvest 14:18 First Asparagus Spears Appear • Onion yellow Spanish early: drills covered with timber boards, germination in 7 to 10 days (up to 3 weeks if cold) • Peas planted between carrots and future eggplant beds, soil left dark and uncovered to warm for quicker germination • Sprouting broccoli went from one flower to masses after harvesting that first head ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔔 SUBSCRIBE TO HUTTONS VALLEY PERMACULTURE Join me on the journey to bring back nature's abundance. 👉 Subscribe:    / @huttonsvalleypermaculture   If you enjoy my content consider a donation.
