Vintage watch collecting is high risk, high reward. I review a 1970 vintage Wakmann chronograph and talk about the history behind the Russian immigrant and the American watch company he created. This Reverse panda chrono shares a case with Breitling, a dial from the maker of the Paul Newman Daytona and a movement with the Speedmaster.
