I Beat Minecraft WITHOUT Healing... (ever)

I Played Minecraft Bedrock Hardcore, but with the Challenge of not being able to Heal in anyway. This includes Natural Regeneration, Golden Apples, Totems, etc. Will I complete this Minecraft Bedrock Edition Challenge, or will I fail and lose my Hardcore World?
