Girl, 9, in critical condition after drive-by shooting in east London

A nine-year-old girl is fighting for her life in hospital after becoming an “innocent victim” of a drive-by shooting while having dinner in a restaurant with her family. The girl was hit by a bullet while sitting inside a Turkish restaurant when a motorbike rider pulled up outside and opened fire on diners in Hackney, east London at 9.20pm on Wednesday.
