Welcome back to Silangit Project. In this brand new series, I am taking on the challenge of scratch-building one of the most iconic and legendary motorcycles in cinematic history: the Harley-Davidson "Captain America" Chopper from the 1969 cult classic film Easy Rider.
In Part 1, we dive straight into the foundational blueprint of this legendary build—the frame. Known for its radical raked-out front end and signature rigid/hardtail rear, replication requires absolute precision. Watch the entire process as raw PVC pipes are meticulously cut, heated, bent, and fused together entirely by hand to form a highly detailed, realistic scale chassis.
Every element is crafted from scratch using basic tools and everyday PVC pipes, proving that high-end scale modeling doesn't always require expensive materials—just patience and passion.
If you enjoy fine craftsmanship, miniature modeling, and classic kustom culture, please hit that LIKE button, leave a COMMENT with your thoughts, and SUBSCRIBE so you don't miss the upcoming episodes of this legendary build!
