Trigonometry & Mensuration (त्रिकोणमिति और क्षेत्रमिति): Standard identities (\sin^2\theta + \cos^2\theta = 1), area of sectors, volume ratios of spheres/cylinders. Statistics & Probability (सांख्यिकी और प्रायिकता): Direct empirical relation: \text{Mode} = 3\text{Median} - 2\text{Mean}. 2. Science (विज्ञान) – 20 Marks Physics (भौतिक विज्ञान - 7 Marks): Light reflection and refraction (focal length formula f = R/2, lens power P = 1/f). Human eye and colorful world (myopia, hypermetropia corrections, dispersion of light). Electricity & Magnetic effects (Ohm's law V=IR, right-hand thumb rule, Fleming's left-hand rule). Chemistry (रसायन विज्ञान - 6 Marks): Chemical reactions & equations (balancing, types of reactions). Acids, bases & salts (pH values, chemical formulas of Plaster of Paris, Bleaching Powder, Baking Soda). Carbon and its compounds (functional groups, homologous series, IUPAC naming). Biology (जीव विज्ञान - 7 Marks): Life processes (nutrition, respiration, excretion, circulatory system). Control & coordination (plant hormones like auxin, nervous system). Heredity & evolution (Mendel's monohybrid ratio 3:1 and dihybrid ratio 9:3:3:1). 3. Hindi (हिंदी) – 20 Marks गद्य एवं पद्य साहित्य का इतिहास (10 Marks): शुक्ल युग, शुक्लोत्तर युग, रीतिकाल एवं आधुनिक काल के प्रमुख लेखक, कवि और उनकी प्रसिद्ध रचनाएं। काव्य सौंदर्य के तत्व (3 Marks): रस (हास्य एवं करुण रस के स्थायी भाव). अलंकार (उपमा, रूपक, उत्प्रेक्षा). छंद (रोला एवं सोरठा के लक्षण तथा मात्राएं). हिंदी व्याकरण एवं संस्कृत व्याकरण (7 Marks): उपसर्ग, प्रत्यय, समास (द्वंद्व, कर्मधारय, बहुव्रीहि, तत्पुरुष). तत्सम-तद्भव, पर्यायवाची, संधि, रूप एवं धातु रूप। 4. Social Science (सामाजिक विज्ञान) – 20 Marks History (इतिहास): Rise of Nationalism in Europe, Nationalism in India (Gandhian movements, dates, major events like Dandi March, Jallianwala Bagh). Geography (भूगोल): Resources, water resources, agriculture types (Rabi, Kharif, Zaid), mineral resources, manufacturing industries. Civics (नागरिक शास्त्र): Power sharing, federalism, gender, religion and caste, political parties. Economics (अर्थशास्त्र): Development indicators, sectors of Indian economy (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary), globalization, consumer rights. 5. English – 20 Marks Reading Comprehension (3 Marks): Unseen passage-based MCQs. Grammar & Vocabulary (5 Marks): Tenses, parts of speech, articles, reordering sentences, correct spelling identification. Textbook - First Flight & Footprints Without Feet (12 Marks): Prose MCQs (Character details, author names, story events). Poetry MCQs (Poet names, central themes, literary devices). Supplementary Reader MCQs (Trikki, Hari Singh, Ebright, Bholi story lines). OMR Sheet Filling Tips Use Black or Blue Ballpoint Pen only (no gel pens or pencils). Completely darken the circle corresponding to the chosen option (A, B, C, or D). Do not use whitener or eraser on the OMR sheet.
