SUPER DANGEROUS Elevator With A Broken Door Lock!

This definitely makes me question what the hell this mall is really doing when it comes to elevator maintenance. Hoistway doors are to be LOCKED and ALL TIMES (except when the elevator is on the floor and open). Other than that, no exceptions. This problem was reported and is said to have since been fixed. I'll see about that. I found this problem accidentally. When I wait for elevators, I have a bad habit of opening the doors a bit to see in the shaft where the elevator is and if it's coming. When I did that on this elevator and the doors opened right up, I freaked out!!
