The Division 2: How to get Your Watch if you Level Up in DC

I am a little late with this but I am still geting asked questions. Recently in The DIvision 2 they changed how you get your watch if you choose to level up to 40 in DC. There is now a side mission that unlocks which you must complete to get it. People are missing this and then getting confused as to how to get it.
