Cut It Out | Justice for the People with Judge Milian - "Lionel Hendricks vs. Darren Kline"

This episode of "Justice for the People with Judge Milian" is called "Cut It Out" with "Lionel Hendricks vs. Darren Kline." It is Season 3 Episode 175. Lionel Hendricks, the owner of a plantation with valuable hickory trees, hired Darren Kline, a tree cutter, to cut down some of his hickory trees. Lionel Hendricks "the plaintiff" (played by Louis Wendruck) sued Darren Kline "the defendant" for removing the wood logs when Darren Kline, the tree cutter, was instructed to leave the wood logs by Lionel Hendricks' shed after cutting down the trees. Lionel Hendricks paid Darren Kline to cut down the trees only, not to remove the wood logs. Judge Milian ruled UNFAIRLY against Lionel Hendricks "the plaintiff" who should have been awarded the money he sued for, because Darren Kline removed the wood logs from Lionel Hendricks' yard without Lionel Hendricks' permission. Lionel Hendricks' husband, an ex-Marine from Camp Lejeune, was going to use the wood logs for wood carvings and then sell the wood carvings for a considerable amount of money. NOTE: The original invoice that Darren Kline, the wood cutter, gave to Lionel Hendricks said specifically "$1,200 to cut down the trees without removal." Lionel Hendricks paid $1,200 to Darren Kline for cutting down the trees without removal of the wood logs. Darren Kline refused to give the wood logs back that he removed without permission nor pay Lionel Hendricks for the value of the wood logs.
