This mysterious figure is the right hand of The Entity, a powerful force of darkness that bends reality to its will. The Henchman is an extension of that will—tall, silent, cloaked in shadows, with a face that hides behind a white, featureless mask that comes alive with emotion. In this video, I’ll walk you through the full polymer clay sculpting process—from armature to final paint—while telling his eerie origin story. This character has been haunting my imagination for a while now, and I’m excited to finally bring him to life. What You'll See in This Video: Step-by-step polymer clay sculpting techniques Custom armature building Detailing and texture work Mask and antler sculpting Painting, airbrushing, and finishing touches Storytelling and character development throughout About the Hidden World Series: This is part of my ongoing original series where I create dark fantasy characters from scratch—both in story and in sculpture. If you like storytelling with a twist of the eerie and unsettling, you’re in the right place. #aceofclay #polymerclay #thehiddenworld I'm selling some YouTube Sculpts!: https://www.aceofclay.com/sculptures-... 🛠️ Tools, Supplies, Affiliate Links and More: Grab my sculpting tools at https://www.aceofclay.com/sculpting-p... to create your own dark masterpieces.
