In PTE Reading, you need to consider the complete context, grammatical structure and natural word combinations. For example, if a sentence says “The government decided to ______ new policies,” understanding the relationship between the verb and “new policies” can help you identify the correct answer. Collocations are also extremely important for PTE Reading. Learn combinations such as: • economic growth • significant impact • strong evidence • conduct research • implement policies • raise awareness • take responsibility • make a decision • provide opportunities • address an issue • gain access • reach a conclusion Instead of memorising individual words, learn how words are naturally used together. 🎯 PTE 65+ OR 79+ TARGET? If your goal is PTE 65+, PTE 79+, or a higher Reading score, don't depend only on shortcuts. Build your fundamentals in vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, collocations, context and time management. When you practise, don't just check whether your answer is right or wrong. Ask yourself WHY you made the mistake. Was it a vocabulary mistake? Was it grammar? Was it a collocation? Did you misunderstand the context? Did you rush the question? This type of analysis can make your preparation much more effective. 📌 HOW TO USE THIS VIDEO Pause the video before the answer is revealed.
