IG: kalicinska_dxb We started the day by checking out my future office and talking about Dubai’s office market, what I’m looking for in a commercial space, and what actually matters when choosing the right office. From there, we went to discover Lunaya by Zaya a new nature-focused residential community from the team behind Al Barari. The project is designed around 65% green space and 900,000 sq ft of swimmable lagoons, with a collection of 4 and 5-bedroom residences and a 4.5 km running and cycling trail. Then we headed to Al Barari, one of Dubai’s greenest and lowest-density communities, to tour a villa and see why this part of Dubai continues to stand apart from almost everything else in the city. Next stop: The Captain’s Club. I recently became a member, so we talked about how the membership works, the boats you can access, and whether joining a boat club in Dubai actually makes sense compared with owning one. We finished the day the Dubai way — trying a local restaurant before heading to Kite Beach to catch the sunset.
