Before we start. I want to say thanks to all of you. I reached my first milestone for 100 subscribers. In conjunction with my 100th uploads, I can't just simply upload a joyride video. So I need to make something rare on it. All I want to say is that I hope you guys enjoy the video. On May 27, 2016. KTMB set a new record for the longest train in Southeast Asia with 120 carriages using a single locomotive. Its length is almost 2 KM making it need two blocks to run. Weighing over 2400 tons. This such thing broke the record with 50 carriages using a single locomotive reached in 2010. The train flagged off at Port Klang bound to Padang Besar. This train has been awarded by The Malaysia Books of Records, as the longest train in Malaysia and South East Asia. This will be one of the most valuable things to remember in the history of our railway. Thanks to Kelvin Khew for the letter of permission.
