Restoring the Soul There are times when our souls become tired, restless, and overwhelmed by the uncertainty around us. We may search for security in circumstances, possessions, relationships, or our own strength—but none of these can provide the lasting peace our hearts truly need. In Day 18 of 30 Days of Peace, we turn to Psalm 62 and David’s beautiful reminder that true rest is found in God alone. When everything around us feels uncertain, God remains our rock, our salvation, our fortress, and the source of our hope. Scripture Focus — Psalm 62:5 (NLT) "Let all that I am wait quietly before God, for my hope is in Him." Sometimes peace doesn't come from finding the answers. It comes from becoming quiet before God and trusting that He already holds what we cannot control. Today, allow your heart to become still. Lay down the worries you have been carrying. You don't have to solve everything today. Rest in God's presence and remember that His love does not change with your circumstances. 🙏 Today's Prayer: Lord, quiet my soul today. When my thoughts become restless and my heart becomes anxious, draw me back into Your presence. Teach me to wait patiently before You and to place my confidence in Your unfailing love. Help me release the things I cannot control and remember that my hope comes from You alone. Restore my weary soul and fill me with Your peace.
