NEVER TOO SMALL Argentinian Small Corner Terrace Apartment - 25sqm/269sqft

For your chance to win an Airstream Caravel and an all-new Ford F-150 in support of a great cause go to http://www.omaze.com/nevertoosmall Centrally located in Buenos Aires the 25sqm El Camarín occupies a triangular space in a 1950’s building previously left empty due to its small size. A unique scalloped balcony screen allowed iR architecture to incorporate the balcony into an expanded living area. The bedroom was relocated and separated from the living area with a combined storage/shelving unit that slides underneath the bed. Polished concrete throughout connects each part of the home, leading through to the bathroom where a multifunctional ladder allows access to the rooftop terrace. A hidden feature that provides an oasis of calm within the busy city.
