Ryobi 12v Cordless Drill converted to direct wire [ by WW4OK]

Faced with replacement batteries costs, it is real easy to convert this drill to direct wire if you have 12v around ... say on a boat or the back power socket on an SUV. In my case it is attached to the power supply for the radio equipment on the work bench. Makes a nice light weight drill with plenty of zip. Try to remember to not try to charge this modified empty battery box.
