One of my favourite retinol serums! -Disclaimer: I did receive this product as a gift from Kiehl's, but this is my honest review. -The Kiehl's retinol fast release night serum is one of the most effective retinols I've ever used, even at a concentration of just 0.3%. It outperformed other brands with higher concentrations, and I think this is due to the smart packaging which perfectly prevents it from exposure to oxygen and light. -The retinol is mixed with the serum and activated at the time of use, with a countdown of 3 months until it expires. -I did experience some dryness, redness, and inflammation after two weeks of use, which is a good sign that retinol is working. I didn't give up and after 2-3 weeks, my skin adjusted to the serum and all the redness and irritation disappeared.
