Communicating without a keyboard—it turns out the experience is like this...

🚩Hi, this is REOEP. Earlier this month, we traveled to Russia to visit local clients. For this trip, we interviewed Amy, documenting her thoughts both before her departure and after her return. Through this "before vs. after" comparison, we wanted to explore: -Did our initial assessments change once we were on the ground? -What insights did we gain from meeting clients in person that online communication couldn't reveal? -What drives a client to choose a supplier and commit to a long-term partnership? -And as industry professionals, what can we learn from these real-world experiences?
