Camping the Freezing Scottish Coast | Fishing, Exploring & Beach Camp Cooking

Far from the tropical waters I’m used to, I’ve found myself on the rugged coast of Scotland — and it’s absolutely freezing. In this episode I explore a stunning stretch of coastline, fishing the cold northern waters while wild camping among the sand dunes. With forest on one side and the wild North Sea on the other, it’s a raw and beautiful place packed with history, wildlife and incredible scenery. This trip is all about testing the limits in the cold, embracing the elements and experiencing the magic of Scotland’s coastline. After a long day exploring and fishing, I cook up a simple but delicious beach meal — a sizzling gammon steak with cherry tomatoes — proving that even in freezing conditions you can still eat well out in the wild.
