How to identify the spirit of Poverty:- THE ANATOMY AND DIFFERENT DIMENSIONS OF POVERTY

Unlike popular opinion, I have learnt that poverty is not solely a generational spirit! There are so many underlying issues with this spirit that we all ought to understand if we are going to win the war against poverty. Jesus spoke these words about poverty in his maiden sermon ”The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”“ ‭‭Luke‬ ‭4‬:‭18‬-‭19‬ Poverty has a dimension of captivity, blindness, oppression and a lack of favor. I pray that as you listen in you will be able to understand the spirit of poverty and start to win the battle against this spirit decisively.
