Elite Dangerous - Doing Thargoid Titan rescue safely!

I've done multiple runs of this, and thought it might be helpful to show an end to end run. The main points are: This kind of build and technique, you can get into the maelstrom, rescue folks and get out again with minimal hassle and damage. Fortunately (!) I do get grabbed by a Glaive, and show escape, but unfortunately, the rest of the run was easy. Ideally I would have also been grabbed by interceptors and scouts on the way in, but that didn't happen - not that it really matters, if you can get away from the Glaive, everything else is easy - just boost and in the case of scouts that snipe - the shields handle it. Quick final note - the ship I use has AX weapons that can easily take out a Glaive (or scouts - obviously) if they happen to get in missile range and stop you from jumping.
