This is my soft and delicious version of Beef Menudo INGREDIENTS -4Pcs chicken liver -1medium size carrot cut into cubes -1medium size potato cut into cubes -2pcs medium size red bell peper sliced -1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper -2pcs onions chopped -8cloves garlic chopped -1kilo beef chuck cut into smaller cubes -1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper -2Tbsp soy sauce -boiling hot water to cook meat until soft and tender -2pcs dried laurel leaves -250g tomato sauce (NOT ORIG.
