Another bug I had on my elden ring

I opened my map and saw it gave me the option to TP to the dragonlord Placidusax grace. Upon teleporting I was thrown into the fight immediately. Not even his theme played, I was able to leave once I killed him thanks to the valiant sacrifice made by my mimic tear. (p.s. I was probably allowed to tp out, but I felt like it wouldn't let me tp back.) This is the second weird boss thing to happen to me, right after ancestor spirit disappeared during it's phase shift and felled itself somehow
