Lime Basil Trout with Tofu & Mushroom | Camping & Fishing in Snow (Catch & Cook)

We spent one night at a beautiful alpine lake in the Emigrant Wilderness with a lovely surprise waiting for us at the trailhead - snow! We wanted to catch some trout and cook them up with some over-the-top ingredients that we wouldn't normally bring and it was absolutely worth it. This was easily the best trout we've ever had. This was also the coldest night we spent in the wilderness so far with the temperature dropping to slightly below 32F/0C.
