(Missing out on 24% Max HP bonus!) Glad to see Division actually having tank builds in the game! (If you're wondering why you're getting shot all the time this is because you don't have an actual tank in your runs!--Or no one at least running the taunts! I mained Demo to 22k power level and always wondered why the aggro system was so weird until I played Juggernaut!)
