The First Kenpachi: Basically Yachiru Unohana (Thousand-Year Blood War)

You may know Unohana as the mother figure of the 13 Court Guard Squads and the Captain of the 4th Division, the division responsible for the health and wellbeing of all the others, but what you may NOT know is that she's one of the oldest captains in the series along with Head Captain Yamamoto, and had quite the mean streak in her past. In this video, I discuss the character, abilities, and history of Unohana, including her current final appearance in the Thousand Year Blood War (though, and I'm extremely hyped about this, she may return in the new Hell arc). Finally, I go over her vicious history and love-hate relationship with the current captain of her old squad, the 11th Division, Kenpachi Zaraki, talking about their tragic past that culminates in their cathartic and brutal battle in the final arc of the manga and the newest arc of the anime, so I hope you all enjoy my overview of one of my favorite characters in Bleach and one of the best written characters in all of manga.
