Visiting the 1000 years old town!

Marrakesh,famously known as the"Red City" due to the distinctive ochre hue of its clay building and fortifield walls,is one of Morocco's most vibrant, historic,and culturally rich cities. Founded in 1062 by the Almoravid dinasty. The beating heart of Marrakesh is its Medina,a UNESCO World Heritage Site enclosed by nearly 12 miles of ancient walls. Inside, a labyrinth of narrow, widing alleyways plays host to the famous souks ( open-air marchets ). These markets are organized largely by trade-such as spice, textiles, leather goods, and hand-carved lanterns. At the center of the Medina lies Jema el-Fnaa, a massive high-energy square that transforms each evening into an open-air theater filled with stree performers,musicians and countless food stalls.
