80's RC-10 test - will it work??

I got out my 40 year old Team Associated RC-10 which I last ran over twenty years ago for a test to see if everything still works. The Novak speed control, Futaba receiver and servo and 540 motor are all from the 80s. I put some fresh batteries in the Magnum Jr. and plugged in an 18 year old little used battery pack I had and checked it out.
