Is What Smell So??

Jamaicans love salt fish. Ackee and salt fish is our national dish. Salt fish is something that does not smell good. When it is being boiled the house smells horrible. The finished product is delicious but that smell that greets me in the morning and it is far from pleasant. Mama is cooking that today, as well as Pak Choi for me. She's the best cook. I mean THE BEST! Everyone knows that Mama's cooking is the greatest. Also, we share a bit of our fitness routine. I became really concerned about mommy's health last year when I saw her packing on the weight and moving more and more slowly. I took getting her active and healthy into my hands, because I want her with me for as long as possible. She's changed her diet and has become more active. Even though she says she would never be completely plant based like me, I've incorporated my vegetables, fruits and grains into her diet and she's lost over 20 pounds in 3 months. Then I take you along with me to one of my performances. I really hope we brighten your day. God knows we all need more reasons to smile. I hope that we become one of yours.
