Behind the Eyes Episode 7 Series 1 Summary

The first 7 episodes have been, admittedly, in my comfort zone…. that was a starter for 10, just to get it all going….. My summary in this first series is now online. However, the combination of wearing multifocal contact lenses with an uncorrected CYL and a lower than 50% contrast on the autocue meant that it didn’t come out great!! Yet I’m on a learning curve 🎬 Some common trends are seen. 1.The relevance of higher qualifications in our profession in many of the roles. 2.The specialist and niche roles that now exist. 3. How technology plays a role in optometry 4. A lot mention luck. I think they make there own luck through endeavor. 5. The dedication all the guests have to their roles. 6. The personal development is inspiring. 7. It’s not all 1 or 2, Red or Green there’s loads of variety out there… so maybe it’s time to get out of your comfort zone!
