5AM Cosy autumn morning routine & mini living room makeover 🕯️🍂

Slow living vlog in Cornwall, UK: Cosy 5AM autumn morning routine, a Cornwall coastal walk vlog, coastal cottage life, baking bread and a mini living room makeover. Welcome to my life in Cornwall, UK! This video includes Cornwall in autumn and my very early morning routine. I have been waking up at 5 AM to get my life back after anxiety took over; I no longer want to avoid the day; I want to make the most of it. We go on a sunrise walk by the sea in Flushing (Cornwall), and I share my slow morning ritual that peacefully fits into my quiet life for increased productivity, without stress. If you love Cornwall vlogs, cosy autumn days, and cottagecore aesthetics, I hope this video feels like calm escapism. I do glowy skincare by candlelight, make a yoghurt bowl for breakfast, walk along the Cornish coast, order a food shop (planning weeknight dinners) and bake bread, followed by a mini cottage transformation in my living room. 🍂 I have always dealt with anxiety, and finding simple routines that support me through it (now that I live further away from my loved ones) has become so important. Please join me on this journey and subscribe for more of My Cosy Slow Life here in the UK. ✨ In this video: 00:00 5am slow living morning routine intro 1:33 Yoghurt Bowl Breakfast 02:57 Sunrise walk in Flushing, Cornwall 5:55 My coffee machine (amzchef) 6:33 Weeknight dinner ideas & food shop 10:32 White Bread Recipe 14:37 Mini living room makeover If you enjoy home baking, cooking from scratch, coastal cottage makeovers, and life in Cornwall, I’d love for you to be a part of this wholesome community.
