Yellow Asparagus 🌱 How Intercropping Recovered Our Cost Before Harvest

Our Yellow Asparagus was still growing, but garlic and Blue Cornflower intercrops had already helped us recover the cultivation cost incurred up to this stage! 🌱 In this 10-month field update, I share our experience growing Yellow Asparagus (Asparagus adscendens) with intercrops on our farm. The crop was transplanted on 1 October 2025 and completed 10 months on 1 August 2026. At the time of this update, the main Yellow Asparagus root harvest was still ahead.
