I specially went in the day time to try out their Hyderabadi Dum Mutton Biryani. To our luck the owner Junaid Bhai allowed us in the kitchen to view the recipes. He is the most humble man and serves food with love. I entered the big kichen where Indian food was being prepared on high flames and what a way of cooking. They showed us how to they cook their Nahari and Biryani with all Indian Spices. In Hyderabad they use chunks of mutton in Biryani to ensure you get a bite of Mutton and rice together.
