Zzzzra is a project of french origin. Zzzzra produces electronic music since 1998, and has released on numerous (net-)labels like Schall-netlabel, deepindub and Biomechanics. Trying to describe his sound with only a few words : repetition, difference, echo, reverb, dust and static. As his main influence he named the sound of the dub area around Berlin and Detroit. The project is mainly based on deep and liquid sounds of Techno, Ambient & Mindspace Electronica, especially Dub and its powerful elements, manifoldly influenced by profundity of sea, atmospheric ocean themes, expressed with deep and liquid sounds, subtle changes, straight beats, freezing delays, strong reverberations and reflective effects. At the beginning, he tried himself out in mixing every kind of electronic music on a home computer, and before that, with tapes. Later then, he started his music career as a DJ, acting within the dark electro scene between national & international clubs. Solidifying his own style, he did this work more and more digitally, and it was not enough for him to hear and mix the sounds, he wanted to produce his own tracks. Remembering back to the roots of hand-made Reggae Music and to the old flame of analogue synth pop from the 80's, he came later to the nice sounds of Electro, Techno and Ambient, and last but not least and the circle completed within the whole Netaudio Scene and Dubtechno. Personally, he uses "Nemo" as his pseudonym, which is an insider dedication since he is 14 years old.
