5 Freeway Shutdown: CNG Trash Truck Fire

Los Angeles Fire Department Engine 98 responded to a reported auto fire on the SB 5 Fwy at the Osborne exit. Engine 98 arrived on scene and reported a CNG trash track well involved. Engine 98 requested three additional fire companies and a water tender. Companies allowed the CNG to burn off before extinguishing the fire. Companies also extinguished 50x50ft of grass. No injuries.
