A HEINZEN/HMI Model 2280 ROTARY CELERY CUTTER is an efficient high-capacity industrial length cut & butt machine for pre-cut produce / fresh-cut processing and packaging operations. Designed for celery but can also be used for food applications such as carrots, romaine lettuce, corn on the cob, zucchini or other oblong shaped produce.
