John Deere 21" Lawn Mower Model 14ST Kawasaki 5HP - Repair Part I -- August 23, 2013

My friend dropped off his John Deere 21" Lawn Mower to see if I can resurrect it as well as its dead Echo Weed Eater friend! This John Deere has a Kawasaki 5.0 HP Engine. Ran some initial test on it since he said its 20 years old. Has 60 lbs. of compression, spark, low on oil and not getting gas. Adjusted the valves first from the engine specs I found on Kawasaki Model FC150-ES09 .12 MM or .005 inches intake & exhaust.
