Magnificat in C, Charles V. Stanford: alto

Like similar videos in this YouTube channel, this one for the Magnificat in C composed by Charles Villiers Stanford is intended to help alto choir members learn their voice part. The voice part can be heard as a computer-generated piano sound, while the other parts (soprano, tenor and bass) and an organ accompaniment can be heard with other computer-generated music in the acoustic background. Similar videos for the three other voice parts of this canticle, plus a tutti version for all voice parts without any specific piano accompaniments, are available in this channel. Besides these five videos for the Magnificat in C , we have added the same kind of videos for the related Nunc Dimittis also composed by Charles Villiers Stanford.
