That's his red pen exploding at the beginning there. Mr Bean tries to get back his mini as it appears to have been taken away by a towtruck. Cue, cunningly silly ways Mr Bean tries to keep up with the towtruck and retrieve his loving car! This was originally made back in 2018 and then I just sorta left it on a shelf. But it was about 90% complete so I thought I'd just upload it.
