Northern Guard hassles electric wheelchair user

I turned up at Skipton in my electric wheelchair and asked the Skipton ticket office staff if it would please be possible for somebody to assist me onto a train to Leeds. They told me to wait on the platform. This is what resulted. 1600 SKI to LDS 05.10.21 yt:cc=on
