A brown noise study aid to help mask distracting sounds in noisy environments while studying. I've also combined it with alpha- and beta-wave isochronic tones, which help improve your memory and focus. Get the MP3 version here: https://www.mindamend.com/shop/memory... This track uses these isochronic tone frequencies: 10Hz Alpha wave isochronic tones, which have been associated with improving memorisation. 12 Hz isochronic tones in the low beta range, to help improve concentration and keep you focused. ► Please subscribe to my channel and be updated with my latest tracks: https://goo.gl/2sCCS5 How does it work? This is a brainwave entrainment audio session using isochronic tones combined with brown noise. The isochronic tones are the repetitive beats you can hear over the static-like noise. If brainwave entrainment and isochronic tones are new concepts to you, there is some information about them and how they work here: https://goo.gl/QwLgHs. Headphones are NOT required for this video How should you listen to this? Use this video/track as a study aid or while working. Have it playing in the background to help mask distracting sounds and boost your alpha and beta brainwave activity, which is good for memorisation and focus. How loud should the volume be? Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.
