A note from Stage: Midlife:
Hey, just a quick heads up! Everything I share here on Stage:Midlife — the videos, the stories, the conversations — comes from a place of genuine care, but it's meant for general informational purposes only. I'm not a doctor, therapist, financial adviser, or legal professional, and nothing I share should be taken as a substitute for advice from someone who is. Whether we're talking about health, wellness, mental health, relationships, career changes, or finances, please always check in with a qualified professional before making any big decisions that affect your life and wellbeing. If you're going through something tough — especially a mental health or medical situation — please reach out to a professional or emergency service who can truly support you. I share my journey to connect and hopefully help, but your safety and health always come first. Thanks so much for being part of this community — it genuinely means the world.
