🔗Every step from my Seoul salon chair, shown in a picture, in one book: https://soojinparkbooks.com Why do Korean women over 60 look so young? I'm Soojin, a Seoul makeup artist and esthetician with thirty years of faces behind me, and I'll be honest: genes play a part and some women have procedures. But the women in my salon who look freshest share daily habits anyone can copy, most of them cheap. In this video, I share eleven Korean habits in order: sun protection in every season, a gentle two-step night cleanse, patting instead of rubbing, thin layers of hydration, moisturizer on damp skin, care for the neck, chest and hands, the weekly Italy towel body scrub, a one-minute morning massage, the weekly sheet mask, the Korean table, and one last habit that costs nothing. Then my starter routine for clients over sixty. Most importantly, start with one habit, not all eleven, and patch test anything new on your inner arm for seven to ten days. Every face ages, and that's normal.
